Attorney Christopher Burrell

Christopher Burrell

Christopher Burrell is a true “Son of Birmingham,” with deep ties throughout Alabama. He attended Birmingham city schools, graduating from West End High School. His journey then took him to the northern part of the state, where he earned his degree from the University of North Alabama. After starting law school in Montgomery, he returned home to earn his law degree from Birmingham School of Law.

Over the past ten-plus years, Christopher built a thriving law practice, primarily handling criminal cases and representing clients in almost half of the state’s 67 counties. He gained invaluable experience in law practice management, negotiations, and trials, winning over 85% of his cases. When he had the opportunity to join Serious Injury Law Group, he knew that his skill set would be a great asset. Now, Christopher devotes his practice exclusively to accident, injury, and death cases. His broad knowledge of other areas of law continues to be a valuable resource when analyzing cases, and he uses the skills and experience gained from 15 years of practice to fight for justice on behalf of his clients.

In the legal community, Christopher holds leadership roles within the Alabama Lawyers Association, the Birmingham Bar Foundation, and the Magic City Bar Association. He is also deeply invested in his community, serving on the boards of the Mike Slive Foundation for Prostate Cancer Research, the RESPECT Organization, and IAmGreatness, Inc., a youth mentoring initiative.

Christopher and his wife, Robin, live in the Oxmoor Valley area of Birmingham. They are active members of More Than Conquerors Faith Church, where he serves as an elder and a member of the Board of Trustees.
